Amsterdam based designer Marlou Breuls established her label in 2016, after graduating in Fashion design at The Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI). Her graduation collection has had an incredible press response including exposure during London Fashionweek SS17 and winning the LICHTING 2016 Audience Favorite Award. Last year she was selected as designer to watch by Vogue Italia. Her work is a blend between unique handcrafted skills with a high-fashion sensibility and unusual use of materials.  The womenswear collections are often very conceptual and contradictory, creating a revolutionary vision. She creates garments to react on social issues using bold statements in shape and colour with an interplay between provocation and acceptance.
